Faith Enrichment Program
Programs are flexible and may include readings, discussion and
prayer. The CaFE program and Celebrate Love are examples of some of
the programs which have been held.
During Lent we meditated on 'The Seven Last Words Of Jesus'
presented by the Trastevere string ensemble.
In May, Fr Maurice Toop, Parish Priest of Maylands, gave a talk
on his personal experience of prayer before The Blessed
Eucharist.
In July our young WYD Pilgrims returned from Sydney to share
their World Youth Day 2008 Experience
In September, Murray Graham (M.Ed) Director of The Inigo Centre,
and a secular Franciscan, presented a valuable talk on Creating a
Loving and Resilient Family
In November, Dr Liz Boase, Lecturer Hebrew Bible/Old Testament
at the School of Philosophy and Theology of The University of Notre
Dame Australia, discussed Spirituality in the Psalms. This
was an 'inter-faith' event with the Uniting Church and was well
attended.
We have been blessed by such a rich program of events over the last
few years. Many thanks to the Parish Pastoral Council and the many
dedicated organisers.

- 'Parenting Tough' - Tuesday, 3 August @ 7.30pm - 9.00pm
- 'Growing in Love' - Saturday, 7 August @ 4.00pm - 5.30pm
